We wish only to give specific IPs access to PMA for our clusters. Each cluster should have it's own set of allowed IPs.
The current workaround is disabling PMA for a specific cluster by Cyberfusion support and self-hosting an instance. We prefer this allow listing on the general PMA instance as maintenance is centralized.

The attribute `phpmyadmin_firewall_groups_ids` has been added to database users.
It is a nullable list of firewall groups. When it is a list with firewall groups, i.e. not null, phpMyAdmin access is restricted to the IP networks in the specified firewall groups.
